Pintas Character Red 2023, 75cl
Old vineyards with around 30 native grape varieties.
The harvest began in perfect weather conditions on the 20th of September and ended on the 5th of October. The grapes, duly selected and partially de-stemmed, fermented in a press with foot treading for 10 days. The ageing and malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Impressive on the nose with fresh notes of plum, blackberry and black cherry with subtle hints of spice. Good texture and concentration, with excellent tannins and a long finish.
